tapered / sloped EPS foam core for maximum run-off of rainwater, prevent pooling reinforced with a steel "C" channel for extra support, with heat-sealed vapor-proof barrier against moisture (PE, polyethylene wrap on the foam);
double reinforced folding hinge, full hinge steam stoppers seal the whole hinge area, not only at the end of the hinge;
expert heavy-duty stitching, high-density double stitching for added strength at all points of stress, X stitching for cover handles, UV-resistant threads, high-quality craftsmanship.
